Our Story: Born from Love, Built for Life's Little Accidents

 

At Hundr Haven, our journey began with a very personal challenge: life with pets, while incredibly rewarding, often comes with little "accidents." Whether it’s a senior dog’s nighttime surprise, a playful puppy fresh from a muddy adventure, or the unexpected messes from cuts and illnesses, we found ourselves constantly struggling to keep our pet beds truly clean. We tried everything, but traditional pet beds were a nightmare to truly sanitize.

We knew there had to be a better way – a bed that offered superior comfort and support, but also made cleanup effortlessly simple when messes happened.

That's when the vision for Hundr Haven was born. We dreamed of a pet bed with a fully removable cover that could be quickly taken apart and immediately replaced with a fresh one. This meant that if an accident happened, your beloved pet wouldn't have to wait for a wash and dry cycle, or endure a subpar hand washing for beds without truly washable covers. Instead, the top cover of the bed could be replaced instantly, ensuring continuous comfort and hygiene.

Our mission at Hundr Haven is to engineer a pet bed that anticipates and exceeds the needs of both pets and their owners. We prioritize:

• Ergonomic Design: Every Hundr Haven bed is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, focusing on ergonomic support for unparalleled comfort and rest. Our functional bolsters gently slope inward, providing natural neck and head support, with a flat top for comfortable chin rests.

 

• Premium, Eco-Friendly Materials: We are committed to using high-quality, sustainable materials to create the perfect haven for your pet.  
  • Supportive Core: Our foundation features an eco-friendly foam core for a stable and durable base with minimal environmental impact. The base includes orthopedic foam topped with cooling memory foam
  • Superior Protection: The covers are made from waterproof microsuede, and the liners for the bolster and base foam are waterproof TPU fabric, offering robust protection against life's little spills and accidents.
  • Durable Construction: We use a black non-skid oxford fabric for the bottom and robust zippers for easy removal of the bolster and base foam.

 

• Seamless Integration into Modern Living: We design our beds to be both functional and stylish. The clean lines and neutral base colors (Tan and Light Gray) will complement a variety of home décor styles, focusing on understated elegance.

 

• Hygienic Customization (Right Now!): Our innovative, fully removable cover system ensures easy washing and maintenance. The top portion of the cover, which forms the main sleeping surface, is detachable from the base section. This allows for easy swapping of different sleeping area covers. Each Hundr Haven bed launches with two sleeping area covers in the same color as the base (one attached, one extra). This provides a convenient way to immediately maintain hygiene and extend the life of the bed. We are excited to offer a future of fun, varied color top covers to create playful two-tone looks, as well as limited edition seasonal themes like Holiday Thread tops or cozy Sherpa for the winter months.
